Are UI mods actually banned in WWPC?

The UI mods I used against morax:
console++
disable reclaim
no minimap

I'd like to disclose my UI-Mods, too:

I lost against TA and a variety of other players with those UI-Mods:

MexManager (displays all your mexes and their level at left screen edge)
SupremeEconomy (displays all build projects and their costs at left screen edge)
UI Party (basically because of splitscreen, but I use it for "make a unit unselectable" too, and sometimes the fix for zoom pop up)
Strategic icons (buildings have different more identifyable icons)
Notify mod (to get reminders….like build storage, scout etc)

Last time I saw a stream of mephi and im considering the idle engi mod too, that Shows idle engis obviously

I need to install some of these mods and see how it goes. My main trouble, plateau, right now is managing things zoomed-out when battles get heated, per evidence by the Desert Li match against TA which was actually quite a good one. I felt overwhelmed hunting down units evading my defenses, although they gave a really nice mass dump!

All simple visual enhancements and nothing is automated, thinking about getting the one that shows enemy player positions for teamgames, because i forget.

The way I see it. I am 1950 ladder rating, challenging for the O1900 category and I don't use any UI mods.
Therefore, use what you like. If I think its cheating you will soon know.
