Lu_Xun, you have too much luck. In the form of 51 HP (that's the lowest I've seen).

On the other hand, the two of you forgot to reclaim the big wreckage fields when you had the chance to (Xun, you stood still for some seconds after you did the gun upgrade but zock was still working on his, could've helped a bit).

In general, I haven't seen much reclaiming in any game lately.

Yeah that's pretty much it. The code says anything less than 1 hp is death.

Unfortunately I did not later go on to win this, just survived another few mins. If only I did... If anyone goes down to 1HP then later wins please please can they submit the replay.

But this is what I love about supreme commander.If it were not for the randomness of the arty then I would have died there and then. Or a single t1 tank shot, A single pgen blowing up. A single bomber hit. All these factors ultimately contributed to this. The computers random decision of where exactly that SINGLE arty shell could have landed a few mins ago in the game could have ended it there and then. It could have been so different from such a small change. you get the sense of the scale and how all the small things decide all the big things. I think all other RTS games lack this.

I played an FFA way back when on... The map that looks like pizza slices. For some reason I'm thinking it's called Canis River.

I tried to TML SupComNick. However, I didn't build 3 TMLs in a line, but one behind the other two (just the one square).
This meant that there was a game tick between the first two hitting and the last one hitting, whereupon his T3 Engineering suite ACU went from 6000HP to 6002HP. The third TML took him down to 2HP and he got away. From there he won the game.

Alas, I do not have the replay for it. Needless to say I was suitably aggrieved.
