I would love to see a third option added to the pool with around 15-20 maps. I believe that there are simply not enough good quality maps for ladder to sustain a 30 mapladder pool. Remember that half of them will change aswell so we need atleast 45 maps then. I still think that 30 is better then 7 but i think that atleast some people will rather have something in between.
Also i think that a thread for voting on ladder maps would be really helpful because we could then vote for maps to be added into the pool or taken out. We could also sugest maybe some changes to certain maps to make them better? It would be really cool to refresh some maps and make them much better. Eg. I think that most maps where you have insane reclaim everywhere (eg. The Ditch) are a little bit more like intresting maps or even sometimes minigames then proper ladder maps. I understand that diversity is nice but I personally think the main reclaim should be in spots so the players can fight for it and not just everywhere on the map.

Not every map has to be a quality map when you have a bigger pool.

As someone who has scrubbed the map vault a number of times, I would believe Donald Trump would do nice things for a black man before believing enough maps exist to keep a rotation going in a 30-map pool.

We should make a list together, then. I'm having a hard time believing it. It's definitely more interesting to have a larger pool so maybe we can help by making one?

why does it need to rotate much? can also make a static 35-35 pool and change 5 maps of those a month

I made a list of the maps I remember playing 1v1 games on. There are some I seriously dislike (--), but that's just personal, and some that are downright unsuitable for 1v1 games, there's a personal element in there as well, but I think the argument is rational enough to put there. Of course everyone is going to moan about one map or another. Now, none of the maps I seriously dislike should be removed because I don't like them. There's got to be a genuine reason, though this is of course debatable. But I doubt we'll go below the 20 or even below the 30 maps by removing the ones that are unsuitable.
