I made a list of the maps I remember playing 1v1 games on. There are some I seriously dislike (--), but that's just personal, and some that are downright unsuitable for 1v1 games, there's a personal element in there as well, but I think the argument is rational enough to put there. Of course everyone is going to moan about one map or another. Now, none of the maps I seriously dislike should be removed because I don't like them. There's got to be a genuine reason, though this is of course debatable. But I doubt we'll go below the 20 or even below the 30 maps by removing the ones that are unsuitable.

18 Desert Arena II (Not symmetrical)
19 Desart Arena II XL (Too large, not symmetrical)
20 Dry Canyon V3
21 Emerald Crater (--)

25 Farce in Tha Forest
26 Fields of Isis (Becomes an eco game, whoever ecos best wins)
27 Fields of Thunder (Heightmap in the middle makes ACUs miss non-ACU targets 50% of the time)

32 Four Leaf Clover (--, but good for 1v1, just needs the middle reclaim to become symmetrical)
