Is the win rate graph stacked or something? How can you have a win rate >1 (100%). Otherwise I'm finding it hard to see how Seraphim can win so many more games than anyone else..

Yes, that must be a stack. But the overall graph isn't working that well for this type of data, because you can still get the impression that the total win rate is over 1. Of course you can't just add the rates for each faction together, but this graph gives that impression.

A scatterplot might be better but then you'll lose visual data points when two factions have the same win rate at a certain rate.

If it's a stack then the vertical axis isn't labelled properly. You can't have a win rate of more than 1 (100% anyway).

As I said in my other post, it's not incorrect, but it is confusing. The Y-axis does not show a total win rate, but it shows intervals for each faction.

Each faction's win rate is calculated on it's own, and then the visuals are stacked. If UEF has a 60% win rate at some point, and Aeon also has a 60% win rate, then the visual bar goes from 0-0.6 for UEF and .6 to 1.2 for Aeon. You'd get a total win rate of 1.2 in the visuals, which is why it's meaningless. Read it as "the Aeon bar goes from 0.6 to 1.2, so the win rate is 1.2-0.6.

As I said, to prevent confusion over this, it's better to use a scatterplot, not a stacked bar graph.

Sounds like that is the explanation, so on average the stack should add up to 2. Apparently players < 700 more often are matched to higher rated players than to lower rated players.

Is it possible to get access to the raw data of ratings/factions/win rates, etc as someone who's not active in the development of FAF?
I'd like to play around with it a little bit. Maybe get a statistic on the reliability of True Skill etc..
