adding another PR to the list - this one changes one of the available player colors since it was fairly similar to neutral civilians

adding another PR - refactor of the code that manages the death of the sera t4 chickenbot (no real change for regular games - but there will be no more ion storm when you remove the unit with alt-del (a cheat) from the game)

one more PR - this one allows you to see the HARMS with regular (over water) vision while it is being constructed and also allows regular weapons to shoot at it while it is being built (without having to groundfire)

The units actually check if they're going to hit friendlies while firing so it probably woulnd't be as bombastic as one would hope :(
