when it can make this problem on CPU would be better remove it. It is not so big stuff for making game slower.
On gunship it is really ussles think. On scout it can have very nice impact but i dont know how hard it can slow CPU.
When you decide turnt it off. i have several possible solution:

- totaly dont care about missing it.
or
- get on t2 mml more precise aiming on anchor + get anchor function on T1 arty[master not sure about this is neccesary] (on anchor much more precises+small range buf) + get anchor on T3 mobil arty (instead of deploy would anchor have some not total short time where cant move from place, with better accuracy+small range) + on static T2/T3/bigT3 ability "aim" where would have aiming bonus for short time with long reload time.
or
i like my flow of ideas on previous sentence :D

BUG- or not exaktli bug...

but you probably forgot change build time on T3 mobil artilery. it cost more but build time is same.

I dont think arty support is causing any hiccups right now (if it is please speak up). All I'm saying is that it could create hiccups, especially if frequently used units get the ability. The more limited the ability is, the better it is for game performance. On the other hand, recent processors don't have any problem doing these matrix operations so you won't notice problems. People with slow CPUs might. The thing is... it's certainly not black and white.

understand, but would it not hiccups when it wuld be on frequently use scouts ?

I take one briliant solution how it can work if answer would be yes:

- give all units with artilery suport ability togler, who would must be turn on/off and will consume some energy.
That would mean that this ability can potencialy be on plenty of units but would be use only on time when ppl need it so in one time only on feuw units.

+ as bonus ppl would easy recognise that something like artilery suport exist.
