Well since there is action going on in the balance forum id does not seem to be balanced.
Not talking about big stuff, just minor tweaks.
See how much change has been done to all the races in the last years? Thats what i mean with not balanced.
And i think there will be some changes because if in any game something is totally balanced after it goes official...
