Can't build anything in Nomads

When I enter the game and I try to build with my commander as you do I click on an icon and nothing happens.

Total vanilla no mods (other than the fact that the map is modded but that doesn't affect anything)

If i'm not mistaken Brute fixed this... right before we got client update. It seems auto-updated is downs so we can't download working version of mod.

The mod works fine here, after fixing such problems recently. Are you sure there's no remnant of any mod interfering? Also disable UI mods just for testing. That Gif makes me think you have an UI code problem.
If the problem persist: play a windowed game (not full screen), hit F9 in game to bring up the log window, reproduce the problem, then copy the whole log from the log window into a pastebin and post the link here.
