The FAF game version is not calling the function AddRestriction() from the file ScenarioFramework.lua, it's using the AddRestriction() function inside game.lua.
To fix the mod i added a destructive hook to game.lua to block the AddRestriction() function and i cleared the ScenarioInfo.Options.RestrictedCategories table inside SetupSession() to remove map / unit manager restrictions.
So this updated mod will remove all buildrestrictions with the old and new game version.
