Nano Acu is not that op really. any other faction acu with gun and units can kill a nano acu with gun.

I always thought that you punish harb rush with t2 air, its faster to get and has even more mobility. Once you kill first couple forward harbs, you can raid the shit out of enemy and get your own t3. Works even better if you are cyb

OC change will partially nerf nano ACU and shield ACU since they are the ACU the most used at the T3 stage.
