for example a t1 engie build from t1 factory takes 13 sec build time is 260 and build rate of factory is 20
so 260/20=13 correct
but t3 engie has build 2200/90 t3 factory = 24.4 and ingame it has 17 sec
am i doing something wrong? or the database is not updated
