The Cybran scout, ASF and stratbomber all have counter-intel abilities which default to OFF for some reason. As I'm sure you know this is really irritating since every time a new unit is made you have to manually turn it on. For players that only play UEF/Aeon imagine having to manually tell all titans/harbinger to turn their shields on after being built and you get an idea how annoying it is.

Since it's just a case of changing one value from 0 to 1 in the unit bp, please can we consider applying such a tweak in this patch?
