Don't shove us Dutch into that discussion. It's the French all over the world that refuse to speak English, even if they can speak it, not us. In the Netherlands everyone (except perhaps the few percent below IQ 75) gets at least 6 years of English at school.

Good. I already waste enough time manually changing language to English at things like phones, computers, etc.

My bad then. I remember asking someone on discord if they could do that a few weeks ago, good to see it's been done. Although it did not work for me out of the box, I had to check in the options to see it was a thing and enable the right channel.

Indeed it does. Right now, at first run the client checks system language and tries to find a language channel that matches. If it finds no channel, it tries doing the same with geoip. The setting is saved and stays the same for subsequent runs unless you change it via settings.
