Hi,

i changed your ban to expire in 2017 - gonna talk to the devs to make sure ppl don't get instabanned if that service isn't running so they actually have a chance to fix the issue on their end

I asked the admins to look into your case.

Can you please check whether or not the Windows Management Instrumentation is running - you can do so by opening the services window -> Windows + R -> services.msc
