Not containing any UID data can mean that the service required to read most of the variables isn't running.

sry but all i can do at this point is advise you to buy the game on steam - assuming you don't own it on steam yet.
If you own a retail DVD copy of Supreme Commander Forged Alliance then you can use the activation Key to get a free copy of supcom fa on steam with that as well.
Once you own the game on steam pm me again so i can lift your ban another time which will allow you to link your faf acc to steam.
After that is done the uid check will not autoban your acc any more.

Hi there,

according to the admins there was no uid sent to the server.
Not exactly sure why but i've removed the ban from your account.

Please reinstall the client and then try to log in again - should you get autobanned again then i'll need to poke the admins to investigate what is happening in detail.
