[EDIT] I think I see my problem. I'm trying to play FAF version through Steam without the FAF client. Where can I find the most recent version of Black-Ops that is game compatible without it being the FAF version?

The Unit is still in the new BO version, but has other weapons. So it was redesigned.
I don't know, why this change was made.

The new Black Ops versions called "Black Ops FAF" are only working on FAF.
(that's why they have FAF in the name)

In one of the previous version, the experimental bot inquisitor from the aeon was a sniper bot but I can't find any version of this mod featuring this old unit.
Does anyone have back ups from previous blackops mod versions ?

unit description : " T4 Sniper Bot - Inquisitor Experimental Sniper unit, fires a very large beam that causes a buildup of energy at the target point, the energy is then detonated causing an explosion which destroys the target area."

I would change 3 values.

Reducing the energycost for building a T2 Hydrocarbon.
A T3 hydro costs 33% more then a t3 Power generator,
so we could set 15960 (1200+33%) as masscost for the T2 Hydro
We could also increase the poweroutput by 10% because all hydros have more poweroutput then the powergenerators.

And we should also increase the buildtime for the T3 hydrocarbon.
Build time difference between T1 PG and T1 HC is 400 %
Build time difference between T2 PG and T2 HC is 100%
So we could use 25% more buildime for the T3 HC.

What do you think ?

If it helps, I'm playing with BlackOps ACUs, Experimental units, and BlackOps Unleashed, all from the mod vault. No other gameplay changing mods that I know of.
