the database won't forget or alter your login information

i can assure you that if you get a response regarding incorrect login info that the login info you use is incorrect

please use the password reset form to reset your password

also make sure you use your username (and not your email) when logging in

The username and password I am using is correct. I logged in no problems with it on Saturday.

Hello,

make sure you spell your username and password correctly (watch out for capitalization!)

if you can't remember your password then use the reset form.

Hi,
I dowloaded the client on Saturday and got everything working fine.
Tried to log in on Sunday and I cant log in on either the website or the client. On the web site I get invalid username or password. On the client I get login not found or password incorrect.
The username and password I am using is 100% correct and was working.
