Cant download maps or mods

I have a problem. When joining a game with a map that I dont already have, the client tries to download it for me.
Then an error message pops up. "This map could not be installed, please report this map or bug". I know the maps work, cause people are playing them.
Even my own map that I uploaded yesterday could not me downloaded.

The same problem pops up when trying to dowload a mod. "This mod could not be installed, please report this mod or bug"

Any help out there?
