you should find them in
c:\ProgramData\FAForever\replays

c:\ProgramData is usually a hidden folder.

I have a problem:

The Replays are not saved under Local Archive of FAF after each custom game. It used to work but no longer. I checked my hard drive and didnt find any replay saved in weeks coinciding with the time when replays no longer showed up under Local Archive in FAF.
