Regarding the reason at 15:20 why it misses is because of the positioning of the bones lazers aims at is at and how it calculates the position to shoot at by incorrectly anticipating further movement before the lazer beam hits. Nothing you can do with the weapon since it seems to assume that the lazer is a projectile but anyway, missing tangentially moving targets is fixed for all lazer weapons in my mod... and what do I care if what I say makes no sense to a Frenchmen :)

It misses allot causing severe hemorrhoids for the beholders.

Unfortunately you are wrong about it missing, the rhino is actually targeting another tank. The hill is in the way of it hitting its actual target. If the rhino was missing (shooting in front of) the target as you believe it was aiming at that other closer tank, the beam would have hit the ground in front of the unit like sera T2 pd f.ex. does.

ok what you say makes 0 sense.

all unit with lazer has trouble to shoot unit that move tangentially to their weapon range ring. (getting fix for T2 sera pd next patch, not possible to fix it for rhino afaik)

Though it has to be noted that both the Neptune an the rhino have seen hit consistency improvements in the past (which made me wrongly assume the rhino didn't use a beam weapon for some reason - sorry for that).
Additionally the sera t2 PD also gets fixed somewhat in the next patch, and that one also uses a beam weapon which was plagued by accuracy probelms. I sadly have no idea if Evildrew's fix for the sera PD can also be utilized for the rhino, but I doubt it.

I'm tempted to mention something about the wagners one gun that shoots ridiculously low to the ground detonating on blades of grass.
