Basically this, just go play the game before asking for advice.
I wouldn't worry about build order too much either, just learn something basic and then go from there.
If you're bored, the faf wiki has an entire written section of basic gameplay guides for new players, including faction specific ones. i recommend it; i wrote the uef one a very long time ago.

Play people -----> you lose ------> analyze why you lose IF you are not able to see why you lost, seek a trainer to explain it to you.

Also this should be moved to help section of forums.

You just answered your own question.

On a map like that, with islands, should I use transports??

Yes

Can you give me a build order tip??

Usually I do 2 pgen, 1mex and 1 factory. Is it good?? Or should I switch to factory first and immediately start to expand with engineers??

Well having watched your replay.
1. Build your factory first.
2. Expand

Honestly at the moment the best advice would be to keep at it until you reach your level and work from there.

But in the end he said he was impressed and he didn't expect my level of play.
I've seen all the tutorial videos on the FAF wiki and i've tried to learn as much as possible.
Started playing in 2009 but only vs A.I.(I know it sucks, I usually play vs multiple hard ones) and i've also played the original Total Annihilation(still play it sometimes).

I am looking for tips to get better.

I like to play UEF and I know their units very well.
My biggest problem is at the start, build order I think.

I didn't build land because I thought focusing on air could have been a better choice(didn't know the map, dowloaded it before match).
I've also built many naval factories and scouted all the time, but I got overwhelmed in the end.
