you want to say that in team game DC matters? thought only thing that matter is team losing or winning, does not matter if you died, DCed, or AFKed whole game.

yep you don't lose rating, it actually go up (it's like if you died).

so, if I'm in a team game and I disconnect, but my team still ends up winning, I don't lose points?

Exactly as bad as a loss for any other reason, assuming you lose the game because of the DC. If not; in a team game it may decrease your gained points.
