You mean another new race besides nomads? then no, in the featured mod "nomads", only one additional faction (nomads) is added.

In regular FAF, nomads is not included (but you can just play the featured mod).

what makes you think that? I released a new version about a week ago. If there is anything not working, plz make a proper report (at least say what is broken) and dont forget to attach a log file.

What are you talking about? CookieNoob pushed an update 2-3 days ago. Though he didn't fully integrate nomad fix completely in it, but still nomads are being played and being worked on.
