this is most probably due to the hotfix that was pushed yesterday, where some shader parts of the code were renamed. Its already fixed but not on the server yet (I am not home atm). Give it ~3 hours and it will be working smoothly again.

If its a general problem (not only since today), plz post your game.log as well

Hello. I've ran into the following issue: whenever Nomads unit is supposed to be present on screen game freezes and image starts stuttering. This happens when playing as Nomads, where game freezes instantly after transition screen, as well as when playing other factions and running into Nomad unit.
